I have split this book up into a number of logical sections (Melting Ice, Heat, Natural Disasters, The Poles, Animals, Energy Sources, and Government & Policy) to individually address the issues An Inconvenient Truth brings up. For each topic, I include one or more quotes from the book. All quotes and page numbers are from the original, unabridged version of An Inconvenient Truth (hereafter shortened to AIT) published in 2006. Before I dive into rebutting AIT point by point, I'd like to give an overview of the three main tactics AIT uses to further its agenda. These tactics are; bad science, peer pressure (mostly in the form of the "consensus" argument), and scare tactics.
